The shopping list both of you can read.
SamaKasa pairs a photo-based, dual-language grocery list with a shared cash record, so the market run goes right and the household money stays clear.

One market run, start to finish
The list writes itself in two languages
Type it once, in English or Filipino. She sees every item her way, with a photo and the word she knows.

Hold the phone up at the stall
One tap shows the item in large print, flipped for the vendor. No spelling it out, no pointing at three wrong shelves.
The receipt goes straight into the record
A quick snap after paying. The shop, the amount, and the date, captured while the ink is fresh.

The money adds itself up
Every top-up and spend lands in one running record. What was given, what was spent, what is left.
Free for the person doing the shopping, always.
The list, the vendor view, receipt capture, and her own money record are free forever, and they keep working when the signal drops. The record she keeps is hers: she writes it, she sees all of it, and nothing about her is collected that she cannot see.
For the person running the household: certainty, not control.
You see the same record she keeps. Nothing hidden from her, nothing collected behind her back. The dashboard adds up the week: cash on hand, spending pace, receipts matched to spend.
The dashboard is a paid upgrade with a free trial, subscribed inside the app. This website never takes payment.

Questions, answered
What is SamaKasa?
SamaKasa is a grocery list and cash record for households with a domestic helper. The list works in two languages at once, receipts are captured by photo, and every dollar of the shopping float is recorded where both employer and helper can see it.
Is it free for helpers?
Yes, free forever and fully functional. The list, vendor view, receipt capture, and her own record never require a payment. Employers pay for the dashboard that adds everything up; her tools are never locked.
Does it work when the market has no signal?
Yes. Items, receipts, and cash entries are saved on the phone first and sync when the connection returns. A helper can finish a whole market run offline; nothing she does is lost or blocked.
Who can see the money record?
Both of you, and both see the same thing. The helper owns every receipt and entry she writes, and the employer is granted a view of that same record. There is nothing in SamaKasa that one side can see and the other cannot.
How do I delete my account and data?
Inside the app, from your household or dashboard page, in a few taps. Deletion is immediate and permanent. The exact steps are written out on our account deletion page.
